Carmella was very friendly and so easy to work with. She made sure my car was taken care of. Carmella made sure to have my car hand washed after I told her that I had the PPF on it. However, the car wash was not done well. There were streaks on all the windows and dry water spots all over the car. I had to wash it myself later. I expect more from the detail side.

Mark was alright. I simply disagree with his accessment that the extremely loud low speed braking squeal is normal. My 340i never had a squeal like that before It was serviced at your dealership.
Additionally, the oil was changed, but the on board computer was not reset. It still incates oil service is due in 900 miles.
I'm very disappointed!
