I’ve had many service advisors since 2017 when we purchased our first BMW. We hopped around from one dealership to another because of the mediocre service provided from a brand with such high standards. Devin is one of the reasons we stayed with the brand. We were closed to goi g to Volvo just so that we could be treated with respect and not as a pest every time we showed up at the dealership service department. Arrowhead BMW is fortunate to have Devin as past of their team/brand!

Amanda was wonderful! She was very kind and professional. She went way beyond my satisfaction as she was able to provide me a discount coupon for $90 because I was told when I bought my car my first oil change would be free and that was not honored today. Amanda took it upon herself to help me out considering I was not expecting to pay today. Amanda is great at what she does and I plan on keeping her as my advisor.
