Carmella was amazing. She called me early in the am on a weekend prior to your opening start time. She got my car up and running as I was in from out of town and had a bad blow out on my tire. She understood the urgency I was in to get may car back same day so I could leave for Vegas Sunday morning... Great customer service and follow through with updates throughout the day which was nice and put my mind at ease from any worry.
On a side note I rarely do reviews so for me to do a review is significant that she really came through for me on my vehicle. Thanks again Carmella and Arrowhead technicians and service.

I had to twach out numerous times to get updates on the vehicle status. Was told the gas door would be about 2 hrs to fox but every time the car was in your shop, I never received it back from you guys until the following day.
I asked about getting a tire patched and was informed the back fiver side was patched, but I still see the screw in the tire. So to be honest, the service has been absolutely horrible. I should have bought the car at Chapman BMW, their service would have properly fixed the issues on time, amd patched the tire, as asked!
I will be reaching put to BMW headquarters and filing a complaint about the lack of service that has been received on the BRAND new car, bought December 16, 2022!

I was in there to to have ski roof racks installed. My car did not have what was needed for the racks to be installed. My complaint is I felt that whoever attempted to install, the roof racks did not use the proper tool and scratched the roof of my vehicle. I cannot prove that the tech did not use the proper tool, but there is scratches on my roof that I did not do.

I was advosed that one of the issues found on the vehicle is a leak on oil pan. The oil pan was repaired approximately 3 years ago by Arrowhead BMW service Center and now service writer advised me that the repair warranty doesn't cover it. This is very disappointing and hard to believe that the same issue has to be fixes multiple times and Arrowhead BMW won't cover the cost for not fixing it right in the first place. This is very poor costumer service which I am planning to share on social media so other people are aware of it.
