I received a text offering to do additional work however, I had yo call multiple times to get the status of my car. I asked that windshield wiper fluid he added and was told all fluids were topped off but none was added. Steve did a good job going over what the technician covered

There is a build your own service special that is currently running that would have saved me $150 if it had been applied, instead when I commented that that $800+ for a battery and oil change was ridiculously high the service advisor smiled and said “there’s a cost of ownership” a more accurate statement would be there is a higher cost of having my vehicle serviced at Arrowhead BMW where they are out to gouge the consumer and not even honor their own advertised service specials. Not the type of behavior I would expect from a reputable business.
