Always enjoy bringing in the BMW for service with friendly staff but it is SLOW as hell at Arrowhead. Almost 4 hour wait for a scheduled brake fluid and oil change. Not everyone can take a half day of work while your service department works in a casual manner. Speed it up or finding another local dealer. Last time I waited almost 1 hour for advisor Joe to speak to me at the dealership. It's ridiculous.

Mark as always was great. This time I was disappointed with the service department, when I got home, I opened up the trunk and the cargo area was open and there was a cover that was laying on its side. I don’t use this cover, and if the technician removes the item, it would be nice if they put it back where they found it. Also, my car was washed and vacuumed. However, when cleaning the windshield, they really should use either a paper towel or a clean cloth to wipe it down. I had to run the wipers to clean the view due to facing the sun.
