My recent service was handled by Mike as Brandon was out of office. I went in originally on 8/10 due to a service issue that we thought was taken care of. The service alert came back on Friday night. I took the car in first thing Saturday 8/12 and had Mike take a look. He expedited the issue and within 30 minutes a new diagnosis was revealed. Unfortunately the warranty company was closed over the weekend but Mike was able to get me a loaner car to have transportation over the weekend and while we awaited to hear from the warrant company on approval for repair. Mike was awesome and took good care of me.

My experience with conversations with Ken were horrible. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. Michael or Magic was great. I feel I was not told the truth about my vehicle when purchased, I was told only basic stuff needed to be handled and that is not the case.
