I was there for 15 minutes waiting to get my
Car. When I walked in I was asked to sit down and my
Customer service rep would be with me. I observed several customers service reps alone at their desk and I was ignored. I finally had to ask someone to help me. As I was waiting I observed a gentleman walk in with hospital scrubs. Several people got up and offered to help him immediately. Companies should be fair and consistent with all their customers. I’ll find another BMW dealership for service and my next BMW.
