Steve made sure I was aware of options regarding repairs and costs (both good and bad) and allowed me to make informed decisions without pressure. My only feedback would be to encourage timely notifications to customers regarding delays. Reasonable people understand it happens and appreciate knowing sooner than later in order to make arrangements should they be required.

Out of the 4 years I’ve had my car serviced with BMW, Jef has been the overall best advisor. He was quick to get me in last minute to get my car looked at, professional, he had great communication with what was wrong with my car, and he did a phenomenal job at explaining the issues and keeping me updated throughout the experience. I left BMW not only with my car repaired in record time (under 2 hours), but with a pleasant experience due to Jef’s competence and trustworthiness.
