I was happy with Logan in service. He was nice and pleasant to deal with. However, I did have to make follow up phone calls 4 different times to get the status of my vehicle. NO ONE CALLED EVER BACK - except for Logan. Your service manager Devin Kass outright lied directly to my face. He also said he would follow up with me the following day after I spoke with him the night before - I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM and he acted like everything was a big surprise to him when I confronted him in person in the dealership. I WANT IT ON RECORD I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN and it is all because of the absolute horrible service for YOUR SERVICE MANAGER. Again, Logan was great, he finally did something to help me out but Devin is just an outright liar and I will not do business with a dealership that employs such people. TO BAD TOO. I WAS READY TO LEASE ANOTHER 330 THIS WEEKEND - BUT I AM TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. YOU CAN THANK DEVIN KASS FOR THAT.
