When I made my appointment over a week ago I explained to the service rep, latter part of June, that my car is due for service in August however would it be ok to bring my car in July 5 (because I was traveling to see my I’ll daughter) for full service. The service rep said Yes. When I arrived July 5 Shane said BMW cant honor full service until August thus brought back a quote for bad tire for $956. I’m very unhappy with service and even the fact when I asked for a car wash my carpet was never vacuumed. I travelled from Mesa to have my car partially serviced. I was told to come back in August to have the oil changed
