Prices were good as it was value deals but a four hour wait with an appointment is insane. Main issue is with service advisor . Steve E. When it came time to pay , bill seemed high. He charged for an oil change I NEVER asked for and the sticker on my car shows another one not needed for about 4.000 more miles but he seemed upset after that, he took off the oil change but he demeanor changed and he was so unfriendly after that, could not wait to see me off. I was asking questions about the bill and he kept saying it’s all right there on the paper, just not friendly. I want to come back for a battery but now not so sure. Wanted a car wash but never for as 4 hours waiting was enough. Never asked if I needed a ride somewhere.

I brought my car in requesting a test drive & the technician that was going to do a test drive got in the car, heard my observations & was able to diagnose that my engine mounts was the problem & took my car in to repair immediately. Colin determined that this would be covered with the extended warranty I had purchased.
