Jef was amazing to work with. I had an issue with my bmw and Jef made sure It was taken care of. The parts took a while to come in but they also were coming from Germany so understandable. Jef made sure I had a loaner the entire time, and most of all stayed in contact to update me on my vehicle. I’ve dealt with other dealerships before but by far Jef at arrowhead bmw did an excellent job. I hope he really does get the recognition he deserves for going above and beyond for his customers!

The time taken for service was too long. Normally oil change, video Inspection and wash takes between 1 hour to 30 minutes to 2 hour.
But team took more than two hours for just oil change.
It is interesting that BMW doesn't require tire rotation during annual maintenance.
I would prefer to go to other dealership.
