Arrived at 7am, service advisor had t made it to work yet. Had to wait about 10-12 minutes, which wasn’t a big deal. Vehicle was supposed to be done same day but got no updates, I called twice an hour apart toward the end of the day starting at about 4p and never heard back from my advisor. Didn’t hear from advisor until 8am the following morning that the vehicle was done. Spent a lot of wasted time waiting around for a call knowing it is a 45 minute drive to your facility from my home. Brandon was nice when I came to pick it up, maybe he was just having a bad day the day before. It the same level of phenomenal experience I had when I worked with David in sales. Service needs some work and better communication with the customer. Vehicle was 1 week old, bringing in to fix a scratch it had when sold.
