Colin was great but what occurred after dealing with Colin wasn’t so much a great experience. I spoke with Mike and other staff regarding getting a ride back to the scar dealer. I let them know that I was going to be traveling. Despite that, no one ever came to pick me up to pick up my car. I lived exactly 6 minutes away. I had a friend bring me to the car dealer to pick up my car. Upon receiving my car, the front passenger ledge of the door had dirt all over. It was not there prior to them doing the work. I feel like they dropped the ball and the car was left dirty in the ledge of the door.

Away with the amount of help and the willingness to go out of their way to help and make sure I'm taking care of I've only jaguars service was ehh I want a Mercedes I'll never own another one but when you want a vehicle like this it's more than just a vehicle it's the service you get from dealership that makes the big difference BMW in my opinion has it down
