We brought in our vehicle because the a/c wasn’t working. It was there for a month. When we received it back it had 2 new error messages. No one went over the car with us so we didn’t see them till after we left. So now we have make a trip back to get those repairs completed. Also after sitting for a month it wasn’t washed off before returning it to us.

I advised my first experience with BMW appeared to be great.i even got a video of my vehicle from the technician which I thought was awesome. Unfortunately I found that it wasn’t, as I expected to receive an inspection of the vehicle to be told all of what was wrong with it. No one said the first time I took my BMW in that the AC belt and serpentine belt were bad. The AC belt shredded off which is how I found out and so I checked the serpentine belt and seen it was cracked. I replaced those myself and I explained this first experience to Ray.
This was my second experience. I took my car in for a check engine light which I knew had something to do with the temperature on the car. I sat at BMW for 4 hours and was told it’s either the thermostat or the sensor and they would do further diagnostics to find which part was the issue so I didn’t replace both if it was not necessary. More time passes and I never received a video of my vehicle , but I get a report that says the thermostat is mechanically stuck and needs replacement and it is RECOMMENDED to replace the temp sensor. I called and stated I approve the replacement of ONLY the thermostat since that was the issue. I got the report that check marked the thermostat replacement. When I got to BMW I asked if they replaced the thermostat because my bill was almost $1,000. I was told they replaced the thermostat AND the sensor and was given the supposed reasoning that the coolant had leaked onto the wires so that was what was causing the check engine light.
I had to pick up my daughter so I didn’t have time to argue about a repair that BMW chose to do more on that the customer approved. I was told my LR tire had a puncture (I’m aware all tires need to be replaced) however I was also given the car back without even putting air in it so I drove out with a flat tire. I literally traded someone my Maserati for this BMW because all my friends spoke highly of BMW rather than possibly wasting 150,000 on a new BMW I traded someone for this one.
The customer service and care has made me realize I will never own another BMW again in my life as the service from BMW is literally the worst I have ever experienced. Chevy has a better service department and customer focus than BMW. This is my first BMW and my last.
