Colin did fine. I’m just not sure what happened with the timing for yesterday’s visit. I arrived early for my 10am appt which I thought was just for an oil change. Turned out I needed spark plugs & a micro filter as well. Colin warned me that would take a while - up to 2.5 hours. I said that was fine as long as I was on the road by 1pm (3 hours later). Maybe I shouldn’t have said that!! At noon Colin came by to tell me my car was almost done. I patiently waited. At 12:20 he told me it was all done, just needed to be washed. I waited some more. At 12:41 I got a text saying my car was ready to go. Kept waiting. Finally went to find Colin at 12:50, he apologized and said he’d bring my car right up. At 1:00 I was still waiting!! Colin apologized for the timing again. 10 minutes later I was finally on the road without a real car wash. The exterior had been sprayed, but that’s it. The grill and windows were still dirty and the inside had not been touched. So I waited an extra 50 minutes for NOT a car wash?? Colin apologized again for the timing and said he though maybe the vacuum was out of order??!! No complaints about Colin, just wish the timing had been made more clear.
