Colin was great to work with. He was able to call my warranty company and get the ok to repair the liftgate. He also arranged for me to leave my car there instead of making another trip when the parts arrive. Since I live in South Scottsdale, I appreciated this. The loaner is very nice, although I wish it wasn’t on empty when I drove away. Minor inconvenience in no way changes me opinion of Colin or Arrowhead BMW. Thank you!
