I made an appointment on the app for 1:00 on thur. That time came and went. Called at 3:00 and someone told me that the person that was supposedly helping me would call me back. NO call. Call at 5:30 and got after hrs and told them I needed a call back at the start of the day. I had to call again at 10:00 and I finally got the rep to set me up with an appointment. After that it was fine.
