Multiple items left taken apart and not put back together appropriately even after they said everything is ready to go. Vehicle ended up overheating and radiator came apart to not having a clamp on a hose and the hose rubbed into the pulley system clips missing bolts missing parts Vehicle ended up being towed back to facility within seven minutes. Not sure why there were so many issues although Logan is always extremely extremely extremely helpful and very professional

Colin Ware is BMW's greatest asset. I have never met a more outstanding person in any line of work - be it a doctor, lawyer, sanitation worker or fast food server. Colin outshines them all. He deserves a raise. A raise so large that it puts BMW in financial jeopardy, because if you ever lost Mr. Ware as an employee that's exactly where you would be is in less than 72 hours.
