I brought my car in because of a low coolant light. You all did a radiator flush and sent me on my way. Later the same day, the low coolant light came back on so I had to make another appointment to bring my car back in. My original visit I was assigned Phil. I think I’m usually with Steve. I prefer Steve. He’s more friendly and personable. Phil still uses his Volvo phone number because when I called the number back to report that the low coolant light was still coming on, his number was to Volvo’s service department. The Volvo technician was quite confused as I attempted to tell him I was just there having my car serviced a few hours ago. When he realized I was a BMW customer, he said that lately he’d been getting a lot of BMW service calls. I told him it was probably because there’s a BMW service agent calling BMW clients from his phone that has a Volvo service number. When I shared this with Phil, he seemed unbothered by it.
