There was absolutely nothing wrong with Logan, he was very kind and helpful. When my service was taken over by someone else due to an emergency I received no communication from them, my vehicle was kept for over 24 hours for an oil change, and I was charged a ridiculous amount for changing my break fluid. I had to call multiple times to get an update on my vehicle as no one was calling me and twice I was told all employees were busy and I would be given a call back. The first time I waited for a call back for almost two hours before I decided to call again. The second time I waited an hour before I called. I had to call multiple times to see if my vehicle was ready before they ever gave me an update. I appreciated the apologies I received in person and again I do not believe Logan did anything wrong as I understand life happens. Overall I am disappointed with the service at BMW and I am very hesitant to take my car back. Again, I understand mistakes happen but this was very frustrating.
