It was a struggle talking to nick and him helping the situation overall very distressful to my wife and have definitely lost a customer at bmw arrowhead. BUT… Service Manager Devon was phenomenal he helped me and my wife with a rental as I just had a new born & definitely won me back as a bmw customer.

Joseph Lazar was extremely courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. A true professional!

I was extremely disappointed , Bmw is supposed to be a luxury vehicle and provide excellent service no matter who it is. This week I had my car serviced and when I was given the quote to change the battery I about died. I explained to Michael it was a lot of money for me. He said well that the best he could do and that bmw is not cheap to maintain. Which I am obviously aware. I lost my job a while back and have recently been working two jobs to stay afloat. Not that it matters but no one ever knows what anyone is going through. I felt so insignificant and the service just took a turn for the worst after that conversation. Micheal was extremely hard to get ahold of for updates . Especially since the car was kept for two nights . I didn’t even get a call , email or text to say they would be keeping it. On the second night Micheal claimed there were no valets to bring it back. Micheals apology on the second day was super unsympathetic and forced. He not once offered to make it right or offer to work with me. I am not a hard person to work with , I am pretty easy going and I don’t like to be a Karen. This time, I felt the need to say something , especially after paying over 1000 dollars for my service. May not sound like a lot to some but for me it is right now. What’s even more frustrating is that I always rave about you guys and how amazing you are. Unfortunately I won’t be doing business with you guys again.

Another disappointing experience at bmw arrowhead. When I voiced my complaint I felt like they didn’t believe what I was saying was the issue. They ended up just covering up the issue with a deodorizer and not fixing the problem. Now my car smells like fragranced vinegar. Nothing was fixed. I’m an extremely busy person and every time I have to take my car in it’s an inconvenience so to have the time be a waste is just frustrating. Please don’t even bother calling to follow up on this review, I said last time I would never come back to arrowhead and I did out of convenience and it won’t happen again. I’ll be going to Chapman.

Literally don’t understand how my car is fine and 30 days later my car has $3600 worth of problems. I was out of state for 12 of those days.
