I am generally not one to complain but I am not happy with the service I received from your dealership. I called the rep earlier today but I was not satisfied with his explanation. It seems to me that I was quoted one price but charged a higher price. I was told that labor would be waived on the motor mount installation if I agreed to the charge to replace the oil pan gasket. When I was presented with the bill I noticed that I had been charged $220 for labor on the motor mount installation. I called the rep but honestly I was not satisfied with the explanation I was given. I decided to accept the explanation telling myself that it was only $220 and I didn't consider it a big deal.
But then I drove the car today and I noticed oily boot marks on the driver's side carpet and the mat. I knew I could not prove that it was done at your dealership so I cleaned it up myself. But I was not happy about it. Obviously the mechanic or the person who drove the car to the pickup area did not cover the mat area. I personally detailed the vehicle after I bought it inside and out so I know those marks were not there when I brought the car to be serviced. Again I have no proof of this I fully realize but at a dealership like yours this type of thing should not happen. I was very impressed with your dealership from my visit so this was very disappointing.

The car was supposed to be appraised while it was in. I sent a txt to sales & called & told the service Manager to notify sales they were done with the service call & should perform the appraisal.
