My 2017 BMW 430i that I’ve owned for a year and some months had the transmission completely fail according to your technicians. Not a good look for “ the ultimate driving machine.” I did not purchase the vehicle from Arrowhead BMW and have had great service from them. My issue is with the manufacturer. Scottsdale BMW is correcting the issue at a significant discount-as they should. Sitting on the fence ab purchasing another BMW.

Why on earth did it take 22 days to repair the car. This was ridiculous and costly for me to be without a car that long. It went from 2-3 to diagnose and 2-3 days to get parts --> to technician having trouble finishing. It cost me an additional $320 to fly to AZ to pick up car since i had to cancel the first flight because I found out the car was not ready after I booked the flight. I feel since i was not in town - my car was a low priority for you guys. As far as how the repair is working - all good. However, the suspension of over repair has been on my mind. It is hard to know what goes on in the black box. With all of this - I was still charged a big price. Seems it should be discounted since you had the car so long and my inconvenience.

I had to provide all of my contact information to the Service Rep (address, email, phone number). I purchased my BMW from Arrowhead. I expected all of this information to already be pre-filled prior to my arrival. I felt I was treated like a random customer whom happens to own a BMW.

Taylor, not so much Must be new and not really a car guy or serious about service but a nice guy.
This is my 16th BMW starting with a 2002 in 1972, so perhaps my expectations of a service advisor are quite high.

Mike has been the best service person I’ve ever had. I happen to mention that my husband has cancer with not a good prognosis. Plus, it was my birthday. When I went to pick my car up, there was a card in there from Mike. The card was about God and that I would never ever be alone and, that he never gives up on us, and to trust him to carry me through. It gave me hope. And he also wished me happy birthday. Mike really made sure that the service I received on my car was above and beyond. Thank you so much for the fantastic service!!!
