I felt like some services were not supposed to be charged for. I think the agent was not fully letting me know exactly what happened with my car. It was supposed to go in for routine service, but it ended up staying for two weeks. I advised the tech Steve to not continue with the basic services only my oil change that is already paid for. It’s time for payment. He said all work would was done already. I did not understand because the engine was off. How could they have done the basic oil change and filter change engine was off . For that reason, I believe I shouldn’t have paid for services that I think he could’ve not charged me for, but said that the work was already done so it was too late. I honestly didn’t want to go back to arrowhead BMW to get my car serviced. I ended up going again just two weeks later. I needed new tires. I had the pleasure to meet a very helpful, kind technician Michael, which took care of all my needs I made this experience better than my last one .

Well it’s simple actually. I came for a safety recall crankcase heating valve of some sort. 3 hours later get in my car and the hood indicator light was on. I got out of the car checked the hood and came back inside to talk to the service advisor. He said that the mechanic noticed that to. I informed him that it was not an issue before. That’s when he brought the mechanic over and both told me it was like that when they got the car. Made me feel like I was being called a liar .. no offer to check it again or anything. There was no concerns that this was not an issue before. As if I was making it up or something .. I left and 20 minutes into driving for a check engine light. I call back and ask to be heard. A gentlemen by Phil advised me to come back in and made sure I this would get taken care of which it did. But major coaching opportunity for Lucas the first service advisor. I get it my car is old. But this was really unpleasant and felt powerless… I would have like to be ask are you 100% sure this was never an issue? And offer to look at it then. Even if someone thing broke while doing work on the car I’d of been understanding… Anyways not sure if this will make any difference. That was my experience

Started getting coolant level low immediately after taking the car, coolant level is good, no issues when I brought it in. They tried to make me pay for the whole coolant reservior calming sensor is not sold separately which is not true. Was asked if I want car washed and said yes but car given back without washing.
