I was very satisfied with Marks level of service. My issues and concerns were with the handling of the return of my vehicle
to my place of employment by your employee by
the name of Judson. Mark did ultimately rectify the situation. I did have to make 3 trips to properly resolve my situation with what I was going in for was a simple routine oil change. I was highly inconvenienced and it interrupted my work schedule. Even having to leave my place of employment early because my car was not ready at end of the day as promised. And,
No one bothered to call me.
Had I not called I would have been left with no form of transportation to get home on a holiday weekend!
