Taylor Gooley stands out from the crowd because he not only made me feel welcome, but he and the service technician throughly explained the problem and solution. Taylor kept me apprised throughout the entire process and obtained my informed consent before commencing repairs. When it appeared that my car would take longer than anticipated, he set me up with a loaner vehicle. When it comes to customer satisfaction, Taylor is a credit to the entire team at Arrowhead BMW.
