My service advisor Carmella was very communicative in stayed in communication with me the whole time my vehicle was in service. I bought BMW at a different bmw dealer but I’m not happy with their loaner department because they never have any loaners available until we weeks out.with Arrowhead BMW aways comes thru with loaners I’m even if I book my appointment last min. I will recommend arrowhead BMW to my family and friends. thank you arrowhead BMW.

However, this new policy charging customers 3% use a credit card is ridiculous. I might understand this if I was going to a Hyundai dealer, but not a BMW dealer. This is clearly not a step in the right direction of customer service and satisfaction.
