Shawn was professional, courteous, and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. Shawn also offered to assist with getting my windshield replaced through my insurance carrier. On a previous visit with another service advisor I had asked if this was offered and I was merely given the telephone number of the company to call rather than actually getting support.
