One suggestion, I believe you need more courtesy vehicles. We’ve brought three different cars in for service over the years. Until recently, getting a courtesy vehicle was simple. However, now the vehicles are not available for 10-14 days. If we had a repair which needed to occur over a series of days, without 10-14 days notice, the courtesy vehicles are extremely difficult to get. Thank you.
