I discovered multiple issue with my X7 and will be bringing it back in ASAP: 1. My front BMW plate is missing, I reported it at vehicle pick up but my adviser was out of office and adviser that handled the pick up could not do much about it since technician already left for the day. 2. I had service replace my broken key fob. New key fob works but after coming home my second key fob is no longer linked with my x5. They erased my good second key from the memory. Will need this one reprogramed back. 3. My windshield wipers are set too high and they are hitting the side trim when operating. Need to be re-adjusted. 4. I noticed right side trim being bit broken of, I am not sure if service was taking those off for the recall or not, but is he did it did came apart some. 5. My shift knob missing part was denied under warranty claim with explanation that it was broken by a force. I disagree, the vacuum at car wash sucked it up. Additionally I just noticed that round entertainment knob on the same control is getting stack when pointed towards the driver/right direction. It is obvious that something is wrong with this unit out of manufacture. I would like to request another look or I can also call BMW customer support and complain to them (advisor told me they are responsible party for denial and not dealer service).

It was an honor to have Mr. Mercer as a service advisor. Extremely knowledgeable, proficient and timely. None of my questions went unanswered and he kept me informed the entire time my vehicle was being serviced. BMW Arrowhead has a keen eye for service representatives, and Mr. Mercer is a prime example. Im consistently welcomed at Arrowhead BMW and always happy to be there. 10/10 experience.
