Manager was worried about loaner vehicle than our vehicle. He also told us to take our business somewhere else. He said loaner vehicles are only for BMW customers, despite that we have bought the GMC from Arrowhead but we are not considered customers. The vehicle was with the dealer for over 4 weeks
