I really feel like I was over charged and the technician was Nice! But, I don't believe he was accurate because my 12 voltage battery just turned 2yrs.on January 18, 2025 Plus Mr. Manny never did call my back after the tech said he would. Mr Manny did not show me a follow up on my car still not working, nothing is working. I'm paying a high price for no solution from you all. I give my experience with Arrowhead bmw a one star!?????
