Carmella is the first person to actually help me since I’ve been coming to you for service. She was friendly and professional.
Quick tip; nothing kills the “we are a luxury car brand” faster than charging customers for your credit card fees directly. It’s tacky and unprofessional. Boost the prices of services or any other items you directly control the price of. Makes it look like you are in trouble financially.
And honestly, if I’m coming back for $4k in service, charging me an extra $120 is gross. Do better.
