I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and left with more vehicle notifications than I arrived with. I also left with Tires under pressure which is indicative of my vehicle not being fully cared for while it was in your possession. It’s very sad that I purchased such a beautiful vehicle from your dealership yet I can never count on it being properly cared for when I bring it in for servicing. My fluids should have been topped off and tires aired. They’re also brand new Tires yet I was informed two of them needed to be replaced. It does not invoke trust to continue to bring my vehicle to this dealership.

Your prices are triple the normal amount. Your parts 5x what you can get on line. The price given for both fuel pumps to be replaced by bmw was so high that I can do the both pumps 3x n if I mess it up I will stil have money to do it again. The price given is so high . You should give realistic prices. You will have more work. Your price makes people think. When on line you can get parts n labor for half your price. If you change your prices you will have more work.

It does NOT have to do with Joe Lazar. Joe was very diplomatic and professional during the entire process to accurately diagnose and replace the fuel rail malfunction.
That being said, the technician damaged the fuel rail upon installation, resulting in significant loss of power while on the freeway.
