Steve is great, the mechanic however is rushing through the presentation and did not include a substantial part of the service. This was better in the past.

The loaner car I was given had a low tire alert. I had to stop and put air in the tires. It also had several dirt marks on the glove compartment.
I have had several loaners from Infiniti when I owned their cars and never had one with warning lights on at delivery. I don’t think a BMW customer should have to put air in the tires when they get a loaner car.
