I am so greatful for my service advisor Joe Laszar. He is so awesome every time I need my car serviced. I feel as though he listens to my concerns, addresses all my needs, finds the best value for my money and ensures I get a loaner vehicle when I need it. When I have had to go through other advisors, getting a loaner was often a problem, but never with Joe. His willingness to go above and beyond, positive energy and welcoming spirit make me enjoy coming back to BMW (instead of another mechanic) for service each and every time. I had a recent ankle injury and cannot walk. I'll probably be on crutches several weeks. I Needed my tires replaced and Joe arranged the valet service to pick up and drop off my car for service. I realize this service is always available, but it was nice to be able to take care of an important item on my to do list I thought I was going to have to put off until I can walk again. I appreciate the team at BMW for offering this important service. Thank you so much to Joe, the valet drivers and the entire Arrowhead BMW team!! ????????

It was wonderful working with Mike to have our X5 repaired. It exceeded all of my expectations. I live out of state and had my fuel pump fail. ( This was the 3rd time it has failed.) Last time it took over 3 weeks to fix. So I was expecting a longer repair time. Mike kept us informed and worked hard to help me get back home as quickly as possible. But also made sure it was tested and ready for me to drive home.
