Troy was great to work with. I decided to decline the proposed repairs and I was shocked but pleased that Troy was professional in ensuring I received the quote but didn't make me feel rushed. He allowed me to take my time and no pressure felt at all which is rare to find these days. Once I did tell him I decided to decline all the recommended repairs he was understanding and showed an understanding by respecting my choice and not trying to convince me to do any of the repairs recommended. Because of Troy's customer service where I felt he was more on the customers side I feel more at ease in the future to bring one of my 3 BMW's back to Arrowhead BMW.
