Firstly, I just want to say that I am and have been amazed by BMWs customers service. I was made fun of for purchasing a BMw due to the costliness of the cars, followed by additional catastrophic costs for maintenance. Now, my BMW is by far the priciest car I’ve purchased yet in my life, however, I am so glad I did. Between the spectacular customer service, oil change program and my extended warranty… I have really proven to my friends and family that BMW is the way to go. Mike Abreu is an awesome service representative. He provides excellent customer service! He is always delightfully personable and welcoming. I’m not sure her name, however, the lady running the loaner desk is awesome as well! Extremely proficient, and excels in multitasking. She helped me even on a day when the computers went down, and her determination and customer service never slipped, not even for a second. The oil change program is absolutely genius! In addition, being that I’ve used my extended warranty twice already; I must say that I am woefully impressed. Not only at the affordability but the customer service that it has come with. I love the video specs on my car when I bring it in, it makes me feel like the team cares about my car as much as I do and I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Thank you for your incredible team and effectiveness in nailing the points of service.

Taylor was super helpful and took me on because my sales associate never showed. Very friendly and personable-will be requesting him for future services.

My car was returned with problem that wasn't resolved. They had my car for more the 48hrs and they wanted a pocket of the un charged car. But yet when they charged my car at the service shop, the car had notification that it needs attention due high voltage system.

Thank you Taylor for such great customer service and always going beyond assisting me. My warranty has expired but I will continue to have my car service with you. because you take the time to explain and answer all my questions I am always satisfied with your service.
