I think there is a disconnect between my initial request for a detail cleaning vs just running the car through the car wash. By the way, this does not entirely land on Carmellas shoulders. There is a disconnect on this detail thing that started the day I purchased the vehicle. It just has yet to be remedied. On all other service items that Carmella helped me with, she went above and beyond to address them. I definitely experienced a partnership and felt cared for by Carmella and her service delivery team.
