The service was good, they took care of the issues my vehicle had but I wasn't updated on what was going on with the work being done. Alan didn't follow up on contacting my extended warranty on the days he mentioned. He didn't call them on Friday 20th or updated me, he called them on Monday 23rd to verify coverage of my warranty.
