I waited for 2 1/2 hours for a simple recall part to be replaced and at the end we got a thorough analysis of things that were diagnosed wrong with the car that I had just one week ago had to throw analysis were not on that list suspect. The final clincher was driver side door was not able to open and stayed locked and it was fine when I brought the car in.

As always I like having my car serviced by BMW service center — Taylor Gooley was professional and excellent with the information provided and due to delayed diagnosis (too many people) we had to leave Taylor called to have us picked up and driven back home as well as contacting us about final diagnosis. He stayed in touch with us all the time! He’s an excellent representative of BMW & I would say he’s 100 percent excellent! Thanks to him we were able to get our car fixed and back to us.
