Not very customer service savvy, was not very informed on general vehicle knowledge, did not value my time and made it clear that other customers were more important, and not offer an experience that I would like to repeat. My car was returned without a wash, an expectation that I have grown used to from Mercedes Benz. I have already moved on to another service advisor.
To be fair, my car was seen at the last minute and was repaired the same day. Thank you for that!
