Purchase two back tires stuff was left all over the tires took like 2 minutes to wipe it off also windshield fluid all over the front windshield and rear windshield on back tailgate and back bumper then I get home and notice did not put valve caps back on the rear tires very very disappointed thought I was going to a very professional shop that was detail-oriented and cared about their customers

I rate Matthew Mercer a 10 out if 10 for his deslings with me. My frustration is with BMW corporate's slow response to Arrowhead BMW's service tech's requests for assistance to fix the issue of my car's being unable to connect to BMW's server. Arrowhead BMW's personnel are great. BMW corporate does not have enough engineers available to work on problems that only they can fix.
