Troy and Nick were wonderful! They went above and beyond to repair my vehicle more that I was asking for. Troy did amazing getting and maxing out my coverage and I will continue to visit Arrowhead BMW from now on!

My experience today was bitter sweet because everything went really well and Steve was great. Then I picked up my car to find my windshield damaged. Steve was quick to get right on it and called their vendor they use to repair windshields. They called me right away and worked with my insurance carrier to get it repaired for tomorrow.

They recommended that I change the rear rotors and break pads, afterwards they said that there is still a bit of shaking. Truth is that there is zero improvement,I have no idea why they changed the rear rotors as everyone else says shaking when breaking comes from front rotors usually.
In addition,Camilla said that they were going to wash and vacuum my car, and nothing was done.
