No Complaints about the representative .Colin was very polite and Curtis but next time I need to bring my car to this dealership for service I’ll have to think twice as Last time I brought my Range Rover Sports for service the damage the passenger side door which they repaired afterwards and repainted it.This time they scratched the driver side front next to the headlight. I am pretty sure that the scratch was caused by sheer carelessness of one of your service staff member.

Mike Abreu always does an excellent job. I went in for a windshield replacement. While this was being done, he had the team check all of the components of the car and send a video. They found that I had a screw in one of my tires. They were able to handle it while I was there rather than make a special trip in for it. The above and beyond always continues with him.

Job was done before scheduled completion time and George was excellent in checking my car in and out, and understanding the issues involveUnfortunately my seat belt issue was not resolved due to BMW not covering the cost so I have to drive with a ratted seat belt now unless I pay $1,075. Which is astronomical in price! But service at BMW was excellent as usual. I would definitely recommend Arrowhead BMW.
