I usually deal with Jeff as our service advisor but he had gotten promoted. Alan Mendoza is amazing at what he does. Excellent communication, customer service and overall made sure to keep us updated on our vehicle when it was being serviced. He is such a huge asset to Arrowhead BMW with the extra + for being a BMW technician that knows everything there is to know about bmw vehicles. Super knowledgeable and what a great guy to work with!
