I will never allow Shane to be my service advisor ever again. He’s better off working for Ford. I did not like his comments and did not feel that my service experience was of BMW’s standard. I considered not coming back however I can not do that to Carmella who is my preferred. The tech that looked at my car is most familiar with it as he has done the modifications that are approved by BMW and Carbahn. The tech believes that the issue I was having is related to outdoor temperature so I will leave it at that for now. I’m sure if Carmella was in the office, I would not have left BMW today feeling the way I did.
