Subject: Disappointing Customer Service Experience - Carmella C. Gomez To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received at Arrowhead BMW. My recent experience with service representative Carmella C. Gomez was significantly impacted by a lack of communication, leading to a diminished sense of satisfaction. From the beginning, obtaining timely updates and clear information regarding my service inquiry proved challenging. This lack of communication resulted in unnecessary delays and considerable frustration. Specifically, I was not informed that my vehicle would need to stay overnight. Furthermore, Ms. Gomez left early without contacting me to see if I needed anything. Consequently, when I called to arrange for my car's pickup, I had to rely on assistance from another representative.

I got over charged the price of the part is the tech advisor told me And also very poor customer service after 3 hours waiting only for quote with no ride back home and loaner car after 3 hours I told to leave the car for couple days there is no part with out asking how to get home how to go to work
