I brought my 09 S60 in and my paperwork stated 04 S60. I knew seeing that this was the start of another bad experience there. This is my second time there Aaliyah recommended me to come back and give you another try Richard Bergstrom doesn’t even look at you when he talks he stares at his computer screen. I originally brought my car in for an SRS airbag service urgent light. The end results came back as the tech just cleared, the code test drove it and stated the code didn’t come back up. I was quoted for an alarm siren, coolant flush, brake fluid flush, fuel, injection service, and a timing belt replacement that technician didn’t even look at anything on my car, my coolant was replaced a week ago, along with the timing belt and water pump which I did myself the brakes and the brake fluid was replaced eight months ago. All he did was go by the mileage and recommended these things to be replaced. When I got in my car, the airbag light was off immediately when I pulled off your property. The airbag light came back on with the same SRS service urgent message. I cannot believe that you all are just a bunch of liars caught red-handed in another lie just to rip people off. I just hope that you go out of business or rott in hell!

Difficult problem with an older model suv, obsolete parts. Your service team tried to make it work, service manager wrote off diagnostic charge, Antonio advocated for me, knowing I’m on a tight budget.
In the end we couldn’t come to terms but they spent many hours trying to locate the needed part, tried to resolve the issue with existing parts, I appreciate all your efforts!

I have had four Volvos, three of which were bought from this dealership or its predecessors. I also have had the cars serviced by this dealership or its predecessors since January 1981. My service advisor, Jake, and my favorite mechanic, Scott, are why I continue to have my Volvo serviced at Arrowhead. BUT it was a surprise that I was charged the 3% credit-card swipe fee. And a fairly outrageous as well as surprising charge. This is a cost of a Volvo dealership’s business which should be borne by the dealership.
